A week ago today I purchased a used car, Buick Park Avenue, from your dealership.  I appreciated the no-nonsense, get to the bottom line, approach that was used.  I was in a hurry to get a car and your dealership was the first stop for me.  I knew I would own a car by the end of the day, it was only a matter of from whom.  I quickly made the deal and your staff saw to it that everything was handled properly. It has been a very busy week and I have put almost 1,000 miles on the car.  It has performed flawlessly, has even more bells and whistles than I realized, and the way I drive it gets over 30 miles/gallon.  When I drove the car off the lot we had one set of keys with the electronic fob attached plus the valet key.  This was satisfactory for me since it is a used car and I honestly didn't expect a complete 2nd set of keys.  Yesterday we received by mail a 2nd set that must have been located in your dealership later.  This saved me approx. $100 and the hassle of getting a 2nd set made and programmed.  I appreciate the effort made to go above and beyond to do the right thing even after the sale was made.  I had never purchased from you in the past but will definitely give you full consideration for all future purchases.
